TOZEN Group has set the following fundamental policies for anti-social forces and strives to rigidly implement these policies throughout the entire company.

• We refuse any ties to anti-social forces, including trading relationships.
• We will resolutely reject all unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces.
• We will build tight ongoing cooperative relationships with specialist external organizations such as the police, the National Center for the Elimination of Anti-Social Forces, and lawyers.
• We will use both the civil and criminal courts to respond to unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces.
• We will never provide funds or favors to anti-social forces, nor make secret deals with them.
